How Much it Costs
Providers will have to pay a highly competitive Platform fee to become ProMembers. As ProMembers they will have access to GalaxC’s platform for receiving virtually unlimited, free, qualified leads from their chosen territory. The fees may typically vary between $25pm for a territory of 4 suburbs to $75pm for state-wide servicing and up to $300pm for nationwide. There will no fees charged for leads.
A small success fee ranging from 3% to 5% will payable for every job won through the GalaxC platform, with the charge reducing from 5% to 3% as the bid value increases from $100 to any upper limit. The minimum charged will be 3% of the value of the winning bid.
Free Directory Listing is available for the Post-code of registration of the Service Provider, who are not ProMembers. The Service Provider however will not receive Real Time Instant Alerts received by ProMembers from customers looking for their service.
A free trial period of one month is available to all service providers registering as ProMembers. Success fee, however, will be payable for all jobs won. ProMember registrations will require Providers to maintain a minimum deposit equal to their monthly registration fee or more, which will need to be topped up when the balance falls below the minimum amount. This deposit will be used for deducting success fees on winning jobs. Credit card details will not be held by GalaxC.com.
ProMembers who require Real Time Instant Alerts by SMS, will require purchasing SMS credits at a maximum of 20 cents per SMS which reduces to 10 cents for purchases of $50 and more. After the free trial period, ProMembers will be entitled to the following discounts.
- 20% discount on registration fee for a 3 month term.
- 30% discount on registration fee for a 6 month term.
- 40% discount on annual registrations.
ProMembers will also get an additional month of free Trial period for referring GalaxC.com to other service providers who register with GalaxC.com. A maximum of 3 months free trial period will be available through referrals. This offer will close on 29 February 2012.
The service is free to use for consumers looking to book all types of jobs - urgent as well as non-urgent services, and standard as well as non-standard jobs.
